I am sharing instead this wonderful TEDTalk from Writer Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie (again) for those who have not encountered her work before, for those who have, a reminder to catch yourself from falling into the trap of (re)telling a single story...


 

Give this some thought as you prepare your work for submissions, across all modules, look at the assumptions you make, the scholars and artists you draw on, the stories you tell in doing so.

    Thanks Helen, very inspiring ted talk which certainly illuminates the need to look at our stories through different lenses.
